Our high-strength steel bars are engineered using advanced Thermex technology, ensuring superior performance and durability. Raw Material Selection & Melting

  • Premium Iron Ore or scrap is selected and melted in an induction or electric arc furnace.
  • Refinement ensures the desired chemical composition for optimal performance.
Continuous Casting
The molten steel is shaped into MS billets via Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), forming the raw material for TMT bars.
Rolling Mill Process
Billets are reheated to 1100 – 1200°C and passed through automated stands to form bars in sizes from 8mm to 32mm.

German HSE Quenching System

High-pressure water jets rapidly cool the surface, creating a martensitic layer while the core stays austenitic (flexible and soft).
Self-Tempering
The heat from the core flows outward, forming a Ferrite-Pearlite core and Martensitic rim, giving the bars a perfect balance of ductility and strength.
Atmospheric Cooling
Bars are cooled on a cooling bed to ensure uniform mechanical properties across their length.

Advanced Thermo-Mechanical Treatment for Unmatched Strength

Thermo-mechanical treatment is a cutting-edge metallurgical process that combines mechanical deformation (such as compression, forging, and rolling) with thermal operations (including heat treatment, water quenching, and controlled cooling). This process enhances the strength, ductility, and overall performance of our TMT bars.
